Beanie Kids Blog - Beanie Master’s Choc-Chip Cookies!

Hi Beanie Fans,

Milk and Cookies Recipe You know I just love cookies. But you know what I love more? Chocolate Chip Cookies! (You might have noticed some choc-chip cookies in my office). So I want to share with you my all time favourite choc-chip cookie recipe.
If you want to try this recipe at home, make sure your parent or guardian’s help before you start. But I have to warn you, these cookies are extra tasty and you won’t be able to stop at just one.

Here are the ingredients you will need:

2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

In a large bowl, beat the butter, both sugars and the vanilla together.

Add the eggs one at a time and beat the mixture well.

Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture to the large bowl and combine it well. Add in the choc chips and nuts.

On an ungreased baking tray tablespoon the mixture into separate cookie-shaped dollops. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Make sure that you get help from a parent or guardian for this step.

Let them stand for 2 minutes and then transfer them to wire racks for cooling.

When they are cool you can gobble them up! And to wash it all down, you will need a big yummy glass of milk… mmm YUM! I think I might go bake some now!

I tried it and it was deliouse it watered in my mouth when i bite it.

They turned out really crispy and brown around the edges and the beautiful choc chip’s were really creamy in there.

I cooked it with my mum and i did most of the work i even told her it was off this site.
