    Hi Dot, sounds like you may have got one of the white sticker codes from last years redemption program. I have heard that there are some shops who think they can still use last years Animal Hospital codes for this years BKs. That is not so. You can only use the codes that are in the plastic envelope that is attached to the bears that have been released since August last year.
    The designabeanie codes can also be used. The little white code stickers that were used last year are NOT VALID anymore.
