<sub>Yet another story of mine, I guess. Have fun reading it.

NOTE: This story, as with all of mine, is not a pathetic goody-goody friendship story. I lost my idealism years ago. Yes, I am a cynic, not an idealist. And that is why I see the world in all it's glory - a wasteland deluded by the idiocy of religion, war and government. (And yes, I have... controversial opinions on just about everything.

I write to get my emotions out of my system. Because, this way, I hurt no-one but myself.

SECOND NOTE: Updates will be... sporadic at best. My computer is crashing around every five minutes, and I have had to keep resetting it. This also means that I can't be online long (fortunately, Firefox has an add-on that restores everything posted in a message box).

Prologue - The Early Years:

There was once a young boy. He lived with his mum, dad, and he had no siblings. He had a good life. His parents loved him, they were always proud of him, and they were always attentive to what he needed.

But then the boy’s sister came into the world.

His parents started to focus more on the sister than on him. The boy didn’t realise, and for a few years all was well. The boy did well at school, the sister was happy, the parents were happy, and the boy was happy.

And then the parents got a horse.

The boy happened to be allergic to horses, and thus couldn’t join in with them. Also, he found horses boring. The boy thought who, honestly, wanted to spend thousands of dollars on food, housing, equipment and so on, for an animal that can’t talk to humans and spends most of their time eating and sleeping?

Obviously the other members of his family did.

The horse started to become more and more important to the sister and the mother. This time, the boy did not delude himself that he was still equally loved. It was obvious to the boy that his mum loved the horse more than him, and by extension she loved his sister more than him – because she actually liked the horses.

And that is when the boy started hating the world.

I think that the best stories are from emotion otherwise they are a waste of time, from my point of view.

Yeah.
I haven't really wrote a proper love story but I only like it if it's like, life related.

Technically, I actually have the most popular story on here that is still on here and hasn't had all of it's writing taken down. And I am an atrocious writer.</sub>

One: This forum has a distinct lack of good literature. All of the best stories are incomplete, too. When I can't finish a story, I at least come up with an excuse to both end it and be able to restart it.

Two: As an outlet for my emotions. Like artists paint what they think, I write what I feel. You can literally tell what mood I'm in by what is posted.


And I guess that I won't be able to convince you that I'm not a good writer.</sub>
