Chapter 1 All about me
Hi my name is Jane Ann Swist I am 14 and in year 8 I have a boring life with my bestie Hannah Jones. Hannah likes to try new things and she always asks me to do it with her there's no choice its not like I don't have fun I pretty much love it but sometimes it can get annoying like the time she made me sign up for girl guides it got really boring and annoying and even Hannah said so.

Chapter 2 Sign Up Day
So this is where it all starts. Today is sign up day for cheerleading, it is a new thing that the princable decided and to no suprise Hannah made me do it.

I walked into school thinking what another boring day, but then I saw this group of people crowding around a sign up sheet, You have got to be kiding me I thought as I saw the headline "Cheerleading Squad" and the next moment I saw Hannah, I tried to make a run for it but too late she saw me. "Jane, come on lets sign up" There was no point in arguring with her she always won."Fine" I mumble, I got a pen outof my bad and wrote down Jane Swist.

Chapter 3 Try Out Day
Ever Since Hannah made me sign up she has been helping me make a quick routine up to show the cheerleading coach, Hannah is great at dancing, well me I at it. We have to do it seprate which is freaky when you are cheerleading or dancing alone.

I walked into the gym freaking out. Me and hannah sat on the benches waiting for our turn, I saw really good and really bad people then the coach called out Hannah Jones "Good luck" I said to her she did her routine perfectly when she finished the coach clapped loudly she only clapped to really good people. Then she called Jane Swist my heart was pounding so fast I thought it would burst, I walked onto the floor and the coach nodded her head I did my routine I thought it went ok and guess what the coach clapped, I couldn't belive it then she said "Well Done everyone the list of who's in will be printed out after lunch.

Chapter 4 The List
Oh Yeah I almost forgot I have an older brother Cameron he is so annoying, he is in year 9 so he is 1 year older than me. You know how sometimes I like that Hannah signed me up for something this wasn't one of of those times.

I walked into the cafetira, I couldn't eat so couldn't Hannah we both sat with some of the other people who tried out "We get to go to Cheerleading Competions and cheer for our football team if we make it into the team." a girl said. Lunch was taking forever but finally the bell rang all the people who tried out ran to the corridor the list was there, I looked up and down the list I was wasn't there but when I looked at the captain's name I fainted......I was captain.

Chapter 5 Training Starts
Training was starting next week and I had to put the start of the routine together, I tried to tell the coach Hannah should be captain she was the one that made my routine for try outs, Hannah was co captain I was pleased with that, Hannah is the person who always feels happy for some one who beat her in a race I was glad she was co catain so she could help me make the routine.

I walked home with my older brother and Hannah, my brother was teasing me about being captain and fainting "I can't believe you fainted in front of everyone" he said for the 20th time I was about to punch him but then I relised he was 1 foot taller than I was (he is tall for his age). Cameron raced ahead to home probaly to tell mum what happened. "How many people in the team?" Hannah asked " Including us twenty" I replied "good" She said "why?" I asked "because it is an even number" she replied "ok" I said.
