Awww, that's unfair,I wouldn't have bought the xmas sets because they cost too much anyway, but it is a shame for all the other collectors. We miss out on so many Beanie Kids opportunites as it is,we don't get the show bears,bk parties and we have 21 stockists in our country, most of which do not have accessories such as tag protectors, bag tags,or even CK's. Ok, so I have emailed skansen and sent beanie master a few personal messages, about whether the christmas beanies come to new zealand and if more will be made for us and have had these replies back
First from beanie master
"Hi there!!! I can understand your disappointment! Unfortunately I am not in charge of where the Christmas Boxed Sets go. The best thing to do is email Skansen and tell them how you feel. Hopefully they will be able to do something for you!!! BM"
Then from skansen "Unfortunately, due to the success of the Christmas Baubles pre sale they were a sell out before even entering the stores in Australia we never had the chance or nor the enough stock to give our New Zealand stockiest a chance, a lot of stores in Australia also missed out. I understand your frustration, I have taken down your feedback for something we should look at in the near future."

I whent into the shop in town that has beanie kids and as of this month the manager has put the prices up to $14.90 thats almost the same as the other shop I used to get them from, which ended up not selling them and has just changed hands, name and location, so I think this shop will stop selling very soon as well which means there will be no more shops to get them from where I live

It's unfair, the way it is currently going there will be no bk stockists left in NZ in a few years. If there was approx.42 in 2007 and 21 in 2011..it seems that will happen.

I totally understand how you guys feel! I live in Auckland, and none of the stockists I keep in contact with get anything besides regular BKs. When I recently went to Aussie, I basically stocked up on BKs, until we go again in the distant future. My biggest 'stockist' now is Trade-Me! I hope we get some more stockists sometime!

Trade Me does have some really good deals, trouble is most on there are tagless. I am also annoyed at how long the NZ Stockists page has been down on the website, which isn't a good look, but some of the stockists on that page weren't even premier stockists anymore. I think Skansen needs to get their act together and start recruiting new stockists, and promoting Beanie Kids more her,so stockists can actually sell them. I totally understand how you guys feel! New World sells Beanie Kids? They weren't on the stockist page before it went down? I'm not sure if they do stickers,as online stockists don't give out receipts so there would be nowhere to put the stickers. But I'll let you know.

I've been to a NW in Wellington, they had no Beanie Kids But there are probably a lot in Wellington.Perhaps the NW stores aren't premier stockists so they weren't on the website and don't have codes? Like they could have bought the beanies from somewhere else.. i was lookin for bks on the nk website and there was only one store that cameup and it was in wellington but there is more than that
