Other times like when I won a Facebook competition I had to email them five times before they would even reply.  When you win competitions and have to send them your address details, they dont usually reply, they just send the prize out. |

I imagine they would get a zillion emails every day, so ringing them would be the best bet I would say, at least its a free call number so wont cost the earth to call them.

When you win competitions and have to send them your address details, they dont usually reply, they just send the prize out.
It wasn't a prize, it was a code for the virtual pet game so I needed a reply to get the code. I got a reply on the sixth email three weeks later. |

I am sorry to hear that your swing tag protectors were missing from your Collect & Get bears. We understand the importance of this matter, and will need to investigate further to ensure our strict quality standards are adhered to. I would be happy to send you our larger sized swing tag protectors as requested. As your second claim has already been sent out can you please confirm how many tag protectors are required?
We are aware of the issue of incorrect tush tags on the Collect & Get Bears, however it is limited to a small sample.
Stricter quality control procedures have now been implemented to minimize the risk of these errors occurring again in the future.

I received my Pirates today and they had the tag protectors I sent down with my payment. So almost all my pirates tags are uncreased, except for one that has 2 small creases on the front, I think its Jacki. I am very grateful they paid attention to the letter I wrote. They were IDOB tag protectors too.  |

Just received the balance of my 2nd set of Pirate 'Collect and Get' bears.
Eliza and Jacki were missing from this 2nd set that arrived 1 week ago so i assumed Skansen were looking into fixing the tush tag errors for these 2 bears.
Skansen have corrected the error tush tag issue by putting stickers over the names of Jackie and Eliza on their respective tush tags..
Don't know about trying to fix the problem this way. Will have to see what the rest of you out there think about trying to fix the issue with stickers.
That leaves me with 2 versions of the Pirate sets of bears so far.
At least i now have a set of Pirate bears with the tush tag ERROR Jacki and Eliza and now have the 'STICKER' tush tag Jacki and Eliza set of Pirate bears.
Will wait until mid year to Collect and Get my next set of Pirates. Maybe There will be a new batch of bears made and Jacki and Eliza will be released with correct Tush tag.
That will give me 3 different versions of Jacki and Eliza for my 3 sets of Pirate bears.

Yes the sticker can be peeled off carefully.
My Jacki/s sticker was partially unstuck so i pressed it back on to make it stick on all edges again.
