A cheaper way to fix the problem than to either cut the name section off the tush tag off completely or send them back to get the tush tags
removed and resew the correct tush tags on the correct bears.
Hopefully this batch will go fast and a new batch has to be ordered later in the year with the correct tush tags.
i now have the original error set of Pirate bears, the stickered set of bears and will wait for later in the year to try to see if the correct set comes out.

Hi Jade,
I believe you will definitely get the stickered BK's.
If it is anything like all the previous years, there are a few thousand of each bear made to start with and once they run out, the new batches are ordered and made.
This is like the Series 6 Tiny BKs released in Woolworth stores last year.
There were actually 3 variation sof all 10 bears released. Original tush tag version, A stickered tush tag version and then the 0+ version.
I have all of those sets and am only missing Hugabub and Snugabub 0+ bears.
Carl and I believe they were never made with the 0+ tush tag as no one has every found them.

Thanks Erika That reminds me, Carl had mentioned in my topic about the recent releases of Hug-A-Bub BKs having CK tush tags, well today I found a current Hug-A-Bub BK with a photo ear tag with a BK tush tag!!! They have run out of the CK ones finally  |

Thats good news. Too many mistakes being made. Quality control seems to be an issue at the moment.
Hope Skansen will fix this up as there have been too many errors.

I have just finished entering my 3rd set of codes but will not be sending off the claim forms for a while..
Will try to wait patiently for the correctly printed ttags to come out- I am assuming mid year.

All this talk of Collect & Get got me thinking about something new though...what would you think of a new mini series of four bears that included an online passport that also gave you access to a special Rare Bear that you could only get after collecting the full set? And what new mini series themes would you like to see?

Kinda like the Laila and Louise thing they did with Kennys... I like the idea, adds a bit of fun back into collecting, though I wonder how many people will complain its makes collecting too expensive as every year they get heaps of complaints about the cost of the normal redemption program  |
