Im really upset i really dont wanna go to school tomorrow im scared that my bully is going to be mean to me because she had her party and everyone went expect me  I know this sounds wrong but i might fake being sick to mum |

No she will brag about and she has stolen all my friends nessa i go crying somewhere alone because of her. No everything is worse at school i have no friends now everyone is making rumours about me |

Sweetie, ignore her. Ignore the comments. They don't deserve you babey. How about you take a book to school or a plain piece of paper, and start reading or writing down poems and stories. I was like that in grade 4. Ignore the rumours. You know they aren't true, and so should everyone else. Its easier said then done i do that but she follows me and when i tell the teacher they don't believe more or she does a fake cry
Make a formal complaint to the school/principal. If she fake cries, just explain to them the whole situation. Tell the teachers everyday, and they should eventually get the point. |

Those comments mean nothing. Remember that I and all the members on the forum love you for who you are, not who they want you to be. Perfect is impossible. Well, just talk to your mum about it. I have and Im moving school [at least one happy thing]
Mum gets angry at me when i want to talk to her about it and if i have any dramas this week with her she quits me out of netball and i just love netball its my life so yeah...

Does your mum know about what is happening at school? If not tell her if you can & explain how it is making you feel isolated & lonely at school. A day at homne isn't such a bad thing but only if it won't make things worse for you. If you go tomorrow can you go to the library or take a book & read? Choose what is best for you & try not to worry about what others say or do. I know thats hard. I am sorry this is happening to you.

Well that is good babe. I moved school last year; best decision of my life. I'm sorry to say that maybe if you tell you mum the whole situation, tell her that quitting netball won't help you, maybe she might understand. |

Work out a plan of survival for yourself until you move schools. Talking to a parent & asking them for some suggewstions would be helpful too. Jo Its a tad hard when you've been bullied all your life from this chick

I understand babe, but guess what? They are clueless. Maybe the kids don't want to be bullied like you, they are afraid of her monstrous being. Maybe befriend some people that aren't in the same grade as you. I feel that way too. I am seeing a counsellor at school very soon, because of my school and family issues. Be brave and see someone, they can help tremendously. |

Plan to "respond" to everything this week rather then react. Responding is diofferent to reacting. Work out how to respond to people who might say mean things to you this week. Get through the week until you get to the netball practise that is important & a release of positive energy for you. Make that your goal.
