Welcome!!! This is a new section of the forum designed for people having technical or other problems with the BK Forum, BK Blog or BK Website in general. It is designed for fans to ask questions that can be answered by other fans.
So if you can't figure out how to do something on the BK Forum, or the BK Blog, or the BK Website, or the BK Games, or the BK Competitions, or even the BK Boyz Island website & games - why not create a new topic in this forum and ask the BK community!!!! Or maybe you have a question about another relevant internet site (like eBay), or maybe just having a computer problem - you can ask these questions too.
I know that there are lots of fans who are now experts at using the forum and who are good with computers and the internet and things like that, so you will be able to help the other fans asking questions. If we all help each other it will free up some of my time and the Beanie Masters time so we can build new things for the website.
IMPORTANT: This section is not for posting complaints or reporting posts. It is only for technical questions about the BK Websites and internet/computers in general. Any posts which are not about this will be removed.

ok guys here is a question whenever I try to go onto www.bkboyzisland.com it comes up with a dark blue screen i click and nothing happens yet the website works on my brothers computer help |

ok guys here is a question whenever I try to go onto www.bkboyzisland.com it comes up with a dark blue screen i click and nothing happens yet the website works on my brothers computer help sounds like you might not have the latest Flash player. download the latest version from the Adobe website. Let us know if that fixes the problem. |

GREAT topic Boffin. Here is a problem. I go onto the bk forum on the website and it takes for ages yet when i open the bk forum on microsoft outlook it is really fast. What is the problm?
BTW, you are a computer wiz!!!!

u go onto ur profile on bkwebsite, not forum. and press hide email, and it will turn out like this example@hotmail.com when its like that, it means its hiddon. i hope that helps. |

u can get them made for u, and when u get them u press 'profile' ( forum profile ) then at the left side, there is a box with options. click on the one that says 'Forum Profile Information' in there u will see a box at the bottom of the page. u paste the code for ur sig, from the ppl that gave the code to u, in there. then click 'change profile' i hope that made sennce  |

Boffin, for the past week i have been going on to the BK Blog and when i press submit to post my comment, my comment doesn't show! so, do you or anyone else know how to fix this? if anyone else is having this problem, say so on here. also how do you start a new topic? for your blog problem this is probably cos of sometimes comments do not come up if they are considered rude or mean even though comments that arent rude or mean still dont come up |
