Help!

When you write in a code for the Redempditon thing, and you have to select which store you got it from, what if the store's not on the list?!

The store would have to be on the list if you got it from an offical stockists with the codes, as the code books are issued to each stockist and recorded as coming from that stockist.

Did you put the correct state in?  Or maybe the store has a double name - like Smokemart is also known as Gift Box.

Well she had a book. But the only reason I can think of is that the store is very new; it only opened a month ago.
What do I do?
Can I just pick a random stockist coz it's not there? Do I press 'X'?

That is very odd, I just got told about Cardeaux at Hightpoint not being on the list either.  I might ask Boffin about it.  Can you PM me the name of the store?

Okay I have asked Boffin and he said that the person who updates the stores has been away on holidays so he will ask her to update the list.  I would suggest to try again in a few days.
