Beanie Kids Mutations
As you are probably aware there are many different Beanie Kids, in fact there are over 1000! But did you know that each Beanie Kids may also be a Rare Bear due to deliberate differences. And from September 2012 you will not only be able to spot the differences, but we have also created a button that tells you the rarity of your Beanie Kids!
Beanie Kids released from September 2012 will have a small BK button. Remove the red cap to reveal the colour on your button. The colour of the "BK" will tell you the rarity of your Beanie Kids! (See what each button means below.)

How do I find one?
When you visit your favourite Premier stockist to buy your Beanie Kids you may find something a bit strange. Some Rare bears are sealed in a foil bag! WHY? Are they shy? Are they scary? No, not really, they are what we call a Bagged Rare Bear.
Any new release Beanie Kid could be a surprise Bagged Rare Bear so keep an eye out! Reverse Rare Bears and Beanie Kids are Beanie Kids that are released in one colour but continue in a different colour. The colour that the design is originally released in is the Rare version. So, everyone who bought the design as a new release, early in the month, may be lucky enough to have received a Rare Bear without realizing it.
