Beanie Kids Mutations

As you're probably aware, no two Beanie Kids are exactly the same. However, sometimes a Beanie Kid can stand out from the others because of a deliberate difference. These are what we call mutations. Because this rarely happens, mutations become a treasured possession, are extremely hard to find and can increase in value.

How do I find one?

When you visit your favourite Premier stockist to buy your Beanie Kids you may find something a bit strange. Mutation bears will be sealed in a foil bag! WHY? Are they shy? Are they scary? No, not really, they are what we call a mutation.

Any new release Beanie Kid could be a surprise Reverse Mutation so keep an eye out! Reverse Mutations are Beanie Kids that are released in one colour but continue in a different colour. The colour that the design is originally released in is the Mutation version. So, everyone who bought the design as a new release, early in the month, may be lucky enough to have received a mutation without realizing it.
