Skansen Pty Ltd is subject to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

The principles set out in this Skansen Pty Ltd Privacy Disclosure Statement will apply to any personal information you provide to Skansen Pty Ltd and to information which we collect about you from other sources.

This Statement does not apply to acts and practices of a Skansen Pty Ltd entity, which relates directly to the employee records of that Skansen Pty Ltd entity's current and former employees.

Please contact our Privacy Officer (see below) to ask for access to your information or if you have a complaint concerning your information privacy. We may deny your request in some circumstances. If we do this we will tell you why.

If you think that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact our Privacy Officer (see below) and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.
